STEP 1: REVIEW & SEND THE CONTACT FORM
Once you have reviewed my website and submit the contact form. I will personally respond to your email within 48 hours and schedule a phone call meeting to have a short phone call chat about the session.
STEP 2: PHONE CHAT TO KNOW EACH OTHER
We can get to know each other a bit better and plan your session over the phone. I will setup a short phone call to go over experience, including frequently ask questions and concerns you may have. I highly prefer a phone call to get all the information about the session before booking. Once we learned that we are great match, we will move on to the process of booking.
STEP 3: BOOKING

- Contract sign
Once the deposit of $100.00 has been made and the online contract is signed, I will reserve your dates on my calendar. The booking will guarantee your spot for your session that also include guarantee spot upon arrival of your newborn baby. As newborn sessions are booked based on your due date. Your deposit will be credited towards your session fee on a day of your session. In the unlikely event that you need to postpone your session, I will aim to reschedule you asap. The deposit is nonrefundable.
STEP 4: CONSULTATION

After your session booking is confirm, I will schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, colors, prop and location which helps me get creative to design the session for you. It is the most exciting process for me since we will meet in-person soon. Consultation includes a Client Prep Guide that will provide with detail information. Pass key will be provided after booking.
STEP 5: DAY OF THE SESSION
Your portraits session is here. How exciting! Every session required specific time and it's provided in your investment guide. It's the day to have fun, laughter and to create memories that last forever. Payment appreciated upon arrival of your session.
STEP 6: GALLERY
Once the session is done. I will start woking on editing & retouching to create a gallery of your precious family. Your private online gallery will be available with in 2-3 weeks after the session. Email & Text will be sent for your easy access.
FAQ-NEWBORN
When is the best time to schedule my newborn baby portrait session?
The best time to book for newborn baby session is at the age of 4-12 days old or at least 6lb. Perfect time to schedule a session is beginning of your 3rd trimester.
What happens if for some reason my baby is older than 12 days? Can we still get newborn session done?
Yes of course. We can take newborn photos up to 3 months of baby's age. Newborn babies tend to be sleepy in their first 2 weeks of their life & that gives the photographer the opportunity to easily curled up and pose the baby easily. However, this doesn't apply to all babies. All babies are diffrent & all newborn sessions work around your baby's need.
How do I book without knowing the session date?
Your due date will be your session date. Booking will guarantee your spot upon arrival of your precious newborn baby. All you have to do is send me text and I will schedule you for your session with the confirmation of date & time.
Is the session include sibling and family portrait with baby?
Yes, it is included as part of your Newborn Package if desired.
Is it too late to book a session after baby is already born?
However, It's never too late to reach out. If I have any opening in my calendar I am happy to accommodate.

Are newborn photos necessary ?
While there's a lot to learn as first-time mom, a baby is only considered a newborn up 3 months of their life. All that said, a newborn photoshoot is still worth the effort as they are only tiny for such a short amount of time.
What happens after booking a Newborn Session?
You will get consultation to get creative about your Newborn Session. We will discuss about your vision you may have, props and color preferences. Client Prep Guide is also included as a part of your Newborn Package.
